Refund Policy
Version 1.0 — in force from 30 October 2026. This policy is also published in Spanish; if the two differ, the Spanish version prevails.
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service of Ramphast, the service provided by Felix Daniel Coca Calvimontes, trading as Bastion Solutions (the "Provider"). Subscriptions are paid through Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle"), which acts as authorised reseller and merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, issues the receipt and processes every refund this Policy grants.
1. The trial
A Partner that signs up on its own tries the Service free of charge and without a card during the Trial of the Terms of Service (clauses 3.6 to 3.9; currently 14 days). For that reason the first payment is not refunded for a change of mind after using the Service, except as clause 2 says.
2. The first 14 days
A Partner subscribing for the first time can ask for a full refund of its first payment within the following 14 days, without giving reasons. This applies to monthly and yearly Plans alike, and once per Partner.
3. After that
- Monthly: the month paid is not refunded. Cancelling stops the renewal and the Service continues until the end of the month already paid.
- Yearly: the current year is not refunded. Cancelling stops the renewal and the Service continues until the end of the year already paid.
- Changing plan: moving up is charged prorated at once; moving down is credited prorated on the next invoice. Neither returns money.
- Exceeding the plan (clause 7.2 of the Terms) is not a billing error: the next period is invoiced at the plan that applies.
4. When the mistake is ours
We refund:
- anything charged in excess or twice;
- the prorated part of a period in which the panel was unavailable through the Provider's fault for more than 72 consecutive hours; and
- the price of the period affected by a defect the Provider could not fix, under clause 13.1 of the Terms.
5. How to ask
Write to support@ramphast.io with the reference of Paddle's receipt, or to Paddle at paddle.net. The refund goes back to the same payment method, through Paddle, within the time the issuer of that payment method takes.
6. Chargebacks
A chargeback opened without first asking for a refund may lead to the Service being suspended under clause 9 of the Terms, without any instance being stopped or deleted (clause 9.2).
